Faith Alliance Church
Faith Alliance Church is a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
What is the Christian and Missionary Alliance?
The U.S. Alliance is part of a Christ-centered global movement more than 6 million strong. Our Acts 1:8 family—inspired by Jesus’ love and empowered by His Spirit—is passionate to bring the good news about Him to our neighborhoods and world.
SAVIOR - Acts 4:12
We believe Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures … that we are redeemed through His precious blood, justified by His death and Resurrection, made righteous through His righteousness, and accepted in His name.
SANCTIFIER - 1 Corinthians 1:30
Holiness is the Lord Jesus Christ Himself–so dwelling in our hearts and so walking in our steps that we shall live like Him. This can never be in a sense that will minister to our own pride or self-sufficiency, for before we can receive it, we must come to the end of ourselves and never become self-sufficient apart from Christ. Such holiness means living a life of simple dependence, moment by moment, on Christ alone.
HEALER - James 5:15
The Lord Jesus has purchased and provided for His believing and obedient children physical strength, life, and healing as freely as the spiritual blessings of the gospel. He took up our infirmities as well as our sins, and from His risen life and living touch, our faith may draw health and strength until our life work is done.
COMING KING - Acts 1:11
The Lord Jesus is coming personally to this earth again. It is not a mere spiritual coming, either at death or in a deeper experience of the Holy Spirit, or in the spread of the gospel throughout the world; but it is the coming of the Lord Himself as literally and personally as when He went away.
Because of who He is and what He’s done, we are compelled to “go!” Humbled by the open invitation He extends to us—what we call the Great Commission—we join Him in His work to restore and reconcile lost and broken people to Himself.
Acts 1:8 is in our DNA. We are convinced it is only by the Holy Spirit’s empowerment that we can fully express Jesus’ love, compassion, and mercy to those who do not know Him.
“… But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Acts 1:8
We are part of Christ’s Church—His chosen means to fulfill His purposes on earth, restoring a lost and broken world until He returns to reclaim it. A member of the Alliance World Fellowship (AWF), the U.S. Alliance is one of a network of national churches that make up our global family.
“ …so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.” Romans 12:5
In the United States, our Alliance family extends His love to everyone we meet; we walk with our neighbors through the steep challenges life brings, introducing them to the One who offers true hope. We plant churches in spiritually thirsty neighborhoods, discipling and mentoring new believers to become healthy, passionate Jesus followers. Today in our U.S. Alliance family there are:
Over 327,000 Worshipers
Speaking 38 languages and dialects
In 2000 Churches
Our U.S. family sends and supports hundreds of Alliance international workers who care for the sick, befriend the lonely, and introduce spiritually impoverished people to the One who releases us all from the curse of sin and the sting of death. Right now,
